In accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws 2018 item 1000) and the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that:

In accordance with article 13 of the regulation, you also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the regulation and the act. The anticipated recipients of your personal data are: public institutions authorized to receive and process your personal data in accordance with applicable law, entities capital or personally connected with the company, other entities processing data on behalf of the administrator (based on separate entrustment agreements), as well as the employees and associates of the company or these entities – to the extent necessary for the purposes of data processing. Your data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the stated processing purposes.
Currently, we do not plan to transfer your data outside the EEA, i.e., the European Economic Area.
The scope of personal data processing activities may include profiling of data, i.e., automated processing of personal data to assess specific personal factors by analyzing and forecasting, particularly such aspects as work performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behavior, location, and movement. The consequences of the activities mentioned in the previous sentence are the selection of commercial offers and possible sending of marketing correspondence. Objections to profiling activities, as well as any other rights of the data subject, can be exercised by submitting a statement using the Administrator's contact details.
